What it's Like Being a Virtual Assistant:

Being a VA with "Virtual Assistants Now" is great because we find US-based clients that are looking for the services you offer while you can take on as many or as little clients as you want while you get to work from anywhere.

  • You decide what you charge

  • You work directly with the clients that book your services

How it Works:

  1. We interview you and determine if you are a fit as an assistant for our platform

  2. We create a profile listing your experience, skills, and hourly/ monthly rates

  3. We find clients that need some extra help with certain tasks/projects

  4. They look at your profile, and if your skills match their projects needs they book you as their virtual assistant

  5. You work on the client's task/project

  6. After completing the client's project(s), we pay you bi-weekly for the work done

  7. Apply below if you:

  • Are a great communicator (respond to all client inquiries ASAP)

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:​

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Google Drive

  • Email management (sort emails, respond to emails, manage email marketing campaigns)

  • Appointment Setting (can set appointments for clients)

  • Scheduling (help organize and schedule certain events/meetings for clients

  • Social Media (creating posts, sharing posts, managing Facebook/IG pages, managing YouTube Channels, responding to comments, and messages)

  • LinkedIn (LinkedIn outreach: sending connection requests for clients, answering messages, scheduling lead appointments)

  • Data Entry

  • Proofing & Editing documents

  • Creating relevant blog posts 

  • Doing Research

  • Calling leads

  • Setting up travel arrangements

  • CRM management (i.e Pipedrive, Hubspot, SalesForce...etc)

  • Purchases, gift suggestions


  • Must speak English and be able to communicate in English

  • Must have basic administrative skills
